What is the Shop return policy?
We accept returns on your unworn pieces from the Shop within 30 days of purchase, and will issue a full refund upon receipt. To make a return please contact us at email@example.com and include the product you'd like to return and invoice number. You will be emailed a return shipping label that you can use to drop off your return shipment at the nearest USPS location.
Are the Shop pieces new?
Yes! The pieces in the Shop are brand new.
As a Rocksbox member, what discounts do I get in the Shop?
Rocksbox members get a 15% discount on Shop purchases by applying a members only discount code at checkout. Unfortunately, Shop purchases are not eligible for Rocksbox Monthly or Forever Credit.
What if I want to make a change or cancel a Shop order?
We begin processing your order immediately upon receipt, so it is important that you contact us right away. We will do our best to accommodate any requests to change an order, but cannot guarantee that changes will be made. What is your shipping policy?
Products purchased from the Rocksbox Shop are sent via First Class Mail through the United States Postal Service. Shipping is free for orders over $50 and returns. There is a shipping fee of $5 for orders under $50.
Please allow 5-7 days for your order to arrive. Please be aware, we currently only ship to the United States and its territories.
We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. For Rocksbox members, purchases from the Shop will be shipped separately from your regular Rocksbox shipment.
Can I exchange my order for a different color or size?
Unfortuantely, we cannot process exchanges at this time, but our team can help you place new order and arrange for the return of your current order. Pieces purchased in the Shop can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the original date of purchase.
